Ow&Co.
A golf brand and the software around it. Ow&Co. mills putters by hand on the East Coast, one batch at a time, each one serialised and logged. I work on the product identity — the naming system that holds the catalogue together — and build the tools the shop and its customers actually use.

- The Build Room Sign in to view → A guided configurator for custom milled putters: pick a head, work through neck, finish, milling and stamping, and see a photoreal render before anything is cut. Ends in a spec sheet for the shop, not a napkin sketch.
- Shot Tracker Sign in to view → Shot distances from the phone in your pocket: pick a club, tap at the ball, walk to where it stopped and tap again. Builds an average for every club in the bag, with no device to buy. Rounds stay on the phone and export as CSV or GeoJSON.
- Milled Sign in to view → A golf-league scoring app: one-thumb scorecards that work offline, peer attestation on every score, WHS handicaps, and course records that fill themselves in — ratings, yardages, GPS distance to the green. Built on a Node API and Postgres.

Setherin
The running record of a Catalina 22 sailing out of eastern Connecticut: 412 race logs and season notes from 1992 to 2020. Rebuilt out of a dead Joomla install into plain static HTML — no database, no build step, nothing left to patch.

About
I started on a technical support desk at ING in 2001, moved into web design and content, and found Salesforce along the way. Today I lead Salesforce Enablement & Operations at CVS Health: platform operations, DevSecOps, release management and governance for its Service, Sales and Health Cloud orgs. That means 100+ releases a year, 80,000+ licenses, and a regulated environment where reliability isn't optional.
Most of my career has been about making big systems dependable. Lately I've been pointing the same instincts at AI, building small, complete products that use models to do something genuinely useful.
